Emley Show WPBKA class 1225 one honey cake to the following recipe

INGREDIENTS:
227gms (8oz) Self Raising Flour
170gms (6oz) Honey
113gms (4oz) Butter
170gms (6oz) Sultanas
2 Eggs
Pinch of Salt

METHOD:

The WPBKA does not officially provide a method for this cake in the show schedule, it is my belief that this may be the reason why the number of entries in this class are low. If you would like to know more about how to bake a show winner don't be afraid to ask.

TIP: The method for the plain honey cake in the GYS section is similar but not the same (milk!).
Practice over Winter and don't eat your best one. Cake will save in a polythene bag in the freezer.
